Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering of Future Institute of Engineering and Management organized an Expert Talk on “Unlock Your Global Potential: Higher Education Opportunities beyond Borders for Engineers’. The session, held on 15th October 2025 at SG Hall, FIEM, witnessed an engaging interaction between students and the speaker — a perfect blend of knowledge, motivation, and nostalgia. ECE departmental alumnus Mr. Himel Ghosh, currently pursuing M.Sc. in Data Science at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, returned to his Alma mater to deliver an inspiring and insightful talk. With confidence, clarity, and passion, he guided his juniors through the pathways of international education, specially in Italy and Germany sharing his real-life experiences, application insights, and career-building strategies.
.ECE Department also expresses sincere gratitude to Mr. Himel Ghosh for his generous contribution of text and reference books to our HOD Sir for the Departmental Library, enriching the learning resources for our students. We also deeply appreciate his gesture of sharing his self-authored books, which serve as a great source of inspiration and encouragement for all of us.

The Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering of Future Institute of Engineering and Management has proudly hosted an engaging Expert Talk titled "Codes and Capitals: ECE Perspectives in Banking and Data Analytics" by their Alumni today at SG Hall, FIEM. Esteemed alumni Mr. Kirit Suvra Majumder (Project Manager, Bandhan Bank) and Ms. Madhumita Pradhan (Data Engineer , IBM) shared their professional journeys and insights into the evolving intersections of ECE, banking and data analytics. This inspiring session was adorned with all B.Tech students where they have got a golden opportunity to learn, connect and become future-ready!
