Intra department cricket tournament (ECE premier league)

The Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM), in association with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC-FIEM), successfully organized a one day “Intra department cricket tournament (ECE premier league)” at the FIEM GROUND on 26.02.2026. The Event promotes physical fitness and mental well-being among students, encourage teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, enhance bonding between junior and senior students and showcase their cricketing talent. Total 57 students divided into 4 teams participated in the tournament. The 1st Year team won the cricket match by defeating 4 th year team by 9 runs. Sajal Sardar (1st Year ECE) was declared Man of the Match, Shinjoy Mondal (1st Year ECE) was Man of the Tournament, Rajib Sekh (4th Year ECE) received Best Bowler, and Sayanta Biswas (4th Year ECE) was awarded Best Batsman.The event strengthened inter-batch coordination and enhanced leadership qualities, identified talented players for inter-college tournaments
