About The Library
The central library caters to the educational and research needs of the academic community and its resources are consulted by scholars, teachers, students and staff members of the institute. It has started functioning since 2002. Since then, it has been playing a pivotal role in teaching and learning of engineering and management programmes.
The Library collection comprises resources in the field of science, technology, management, humanities and social sciences. The library is computerized with LSEase - library management software with search facility through OPAC (intranet). Users are provided with air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled reading room with 100 seating, internet access and reprographic facilities.
At present library has a rich collection contains 60,650 books, 50 print journals, 20 magazines and 12 newspapers, e-journal databases such as J-GATE and Proquest- Engineering Collection, 2500 E-Books, previous year question papers, project reports, case studies, NPTEL and SWAYAM resources, National Digital Library of India (NDLI) Club membership and institutional membership of American Centre Library and British Council Library. It has also institutional membership of DELNET Consortium New Delhi.
